At Giant, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unworn apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a simple refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Giant tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
